Proof of Insurance

To rent equipment or production vehicles from Modern Lighting Services (“MLS”), the Customer must provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following requirements:

🔒 Coverage

1. All Risk - Replacement Cost

   Must cover all rented items at full Replacement Cost, including:

   • Miscellaneous Rental Equipment

   • Production Vehicles These items are typically listed as separate line items on the COI.

   
   

2. Loss Payee & Certificate Holder

The COI must:

• Be issued to: Modern Lighting Services 1314 Powell Street Vancouver, BC V5L 1G6
  

• Name Modern Lighting Services as Loss Payee.

• Name Modern Lighting Services as Certificate Holder.

📤 Submissions

• Coverage must be continuous from pickup until return

• To avoid delays COI must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to release.
